Poetry and Motion is a unique event that allows all who attend to enjoy the sounds of good music and great poetry.
We welcome a large diverse crowd of poets as well as those who enjoy listening to spoken word. We combine this experience with neo soul music, classic R&B and even a little new school.
We encourage all inspiring poets, or someone that just wants to try something new, to get on stage and participate in the Open mic part of the show. This event is classy, sassy, sensitive and silly. You will laugh. You will cry but you won't soon forget the experience.
